I didn't intentionally buy this product. I knew about Sugarpill brand from my friend, Ratu. To skip the long story, I bought this from her. It's still brand new, and the color looks perfect. Then I thought... why not?

This is what I bought last week: Sugarpill's Pressed Eyeshadow.

Eyeshadow | Color: Love+ | 12 USD | Website

I never had a red eyeshadow before (okay, I have it in my Etude Aloha palette but that doesn't count because it wasn't this red). Red is my favorite color but I'm always afraid to wear red. (/ω\)

I don't really have any comments about the box. Cute. Hahaha.

It's cruelty free!

The shape is pretty simple. It can be opened and closed easily. It made a 'click' sound when you close it and it's not like Aritaum's mono eyes packaging that the plastic can fall off easily, this one is good. I have no complain because I can bring it everywhere inside my makeup pouch without having to worry that it will get opened by itself and fall off everywhere.

The size is big for an eye shadow. For that price, this is worth it.

This is how it look like on my hand. It's beautifully pigmented. Gorgeous. That's the color that caught my heart the moment I looked at it. It doesn't fall off everywhere. It's not too creamy but it's perfect.

I used Sugarpill Love+ eyeshadow with other eyeshadows (Sariayu, Aritaum, and Makeup Geek) to create this look. It blends easily.

Vampire look alike makeup is something that I always like to do. During the first two years I started to use makeup, I really liked to color my eye lid with dark brown eye shadow in order to look gothic (I didn't have black eyeshadow back then). But having a vampire look doesn't always have to mean black or dark brown eye shadow. I made this look with that in mind.

Just like what Sugarpill said on the website: Love+ color is not for the faint-hearted. :)

Does it look good with nude lipstick...?

Or with red...?

"Don't be afraid. I'm going to give you the choice I never had."

I personally love it with the red lipstick. It looks bolder and somewhat more enigmatic.

In conclusion (score: 5/5):
+ Great pigmentation
+ Big
+ Cruelty Free
+ Long lasting
+ Nice packaging
- Expensive

Will I buy it again? Yes. I didn't think I would really love it but it's really amazing! I love the red color and will definitely try to use it for more natural (?) look and other exciting look. ヾ(。◕ฺ∀◕ฺ)ノ

P.S. Custom-made colored toric contact lenses are expensive so I don't have it. I edited my eyes using photoshop >:P

Stay positive, be creative. See you next time~
