My internship started on 1st of July and I got back home around 8 PM every day. Surprisingly, I feel like I don't want to work lol. I thought that working (in the game field) would be interesting and fun but, turns out starring at 3D Max for 8 hours is quite tiring.
Anyway, I went to Seoul to relieve my stress on Saturday! Haha, no, actually I went to Seoul to see Alice Nine's concert. I still can't believe I saw them last Saturday. However, I didn't just go there, but I met with some friends, of course~
Seoul Station. |
The first thing that I did was taking a KTX (Korean high speed rail system) to Seoul. It would be really tiring if I used bus because I had to save all of my energy. I took the KTX that departed at 7.30 AM and arrived at 10 AM. Myeong-dong was just 2 stations away from Seoul station, which was great! First destination: shopping district :P
Because they would sell the goodies at 3 PM, I decided to take a stroll at Myeong-dong slowly. Before noon, it was quite quiet and there were not many people. But in the afternoon, people was everywhere and I felt dizzy. I'm not good in crowded places after all.
Sea of people.... Myeong-dong shopping district! |
There was Seoul Summer Sale 2014 so almost every stores had sales! I went to some stores too but I didn't find anything that I really like so I didn't buy anything. Oh, except Aritaum's mono eye shadow (which I will review as soon as possible :*).
For lunch, my friends and I had pasta, pilaf, and pizza fondue which turned out to be... just cream fondue... but still delicious! (sadly I forgot to take a pic of the restaurant (ã‚·_ _)ã‚· ) but the restaurant name was 'Parking in Plate'.
After lunch we went for dessert! It was really hot and humid in Seoul. Compared to Busan which there was a lot of wind, Seoul didn't have many wind. Cold dessert is a must. We went to Cacao Green cafe which I suspected was another line of Red Mango, because I could see both name on the napkin and the door.
The cafe is surprisingly very big! (●´∀`●) |
They had these cacao as decorations right in front of the door. They totally smell like chocolate. Yumm~ ♥ |
I want this... again and again and agaaaain~~~ (●♡∀♡) |
We only ordered this because we were already full actually lol. We just wanted to satisfy our sweet tooth. It was really delicious. On top of the shaved iced, there was a chocolate ice cream, brownies, dark chocolate, and nuts. I would totally go back to this cafe!
I planned to go to Hongdae after lunch to buy some goodies but then Jbox ent (the promotor) tweeted goodies pictures that would be sold and the one that I wanted was already sold out since South Korea was the last tour destination. So I canceled my plan and played in Myeong-dong until 4 and I headed to Hongdae.
In case you don't know who Alice Nine is, here they are! (from left to right: Tora, Saga, Shou, Hiroto, & Nao.) |

The rose ring was from Alice Nine Korean fan club |
Alice Nine is my most favorite Japanese band! I have loved them since before their 5th anniversary (6 years ago I guess?) and~~ I'm very happy because Alice Nine celebrates their 10th Anniversary, they toured! I was glad that I didn't go back home to Indonesia because they didn't go to Indonesia but to Seoul!
Perfect, perfect, PERFECT!
Those faces! I thought that they got older but... no, they just get more beautiful and puurrfeccto!! (sorry, my fangirl soul got revived because of the concert) I did not concentrate much on the music because of their face hahaha. I'm totally happy that finally I could touch Shou (even only for 0.1 second), Tora, Hiropon, and Saga, but sadly not Nao. But I'm super happy! It was my very first concert ever and it was standing! I never thought that it was very hard to be a fangirl ne~ I was in the 4th front row and it was like a war. I won it though *smirk* I stood at the 2nd row around half part of it. ;)
Not only that was the last concert tour destination, that day was also Shou's birthday! He was so adorable! And poor Hiroto cried after the concert was finished. ヽ(●゚´Ð”`゚●)ノ゚ It must be really special for him. It was 10th anniversary after all!
I'm really happy! Even though it was a short Saturday, it was an unforgettable memories.
Sigh, why don't I have a smaller camera for travelling T__T my DSLR is not travel compact... :'|
And no selfie for this post~ (I have one actually but I looked totally lame that day so, no, I won't share it :P)
Enough my rambling. See you in another adventure!
