It's World Cup already! Sadly, I feel really lazy to go to the common room just to watch it in the very early morning so I'll watch through my twitter timeline o (◡‿◡✿). Another good thing is... my final is over! My final project is over too!! (even though my professors were kinda having different opinion about my projects) Anyway, here is the promised 3CE review from my 3CE haul! Because I'm feeling happy, I'm going to review 2 products~!! (≧∇≦)/
First, 3CE Glossing Waterful Foundation.
Liquid Foundation | Color: #Natural Ivory | 28.000 KRW | English Site | Korean Site
I have already heard and read some reviews about this foundation and when Style Nanda held sale, I waited no more, this was the first thing that I put into the shopping cart. It is a light foundation that will moisturize your skin and give glossy, healthy looking face—well, that's what Style Nanda said in the website about this product.
3CE have 4 shades for this foundation.
I thought that I should have bought the #milk ivory one but I already ordered the #natural ivory instead. Didn't really regret it but probably the #milk ivory would brighten my face more since I have a pinkish tone.
If the sticker is still there, it means that it's still unopened and can be refunded. |
The box doesn't really have any English words except name and color. |
I was in the science class but I forget how to use a pipette now :( |
I love the packaging! ヽ(*≧ω≦)ノ Seriously, it's cool, with matte bottle like that and pipette (even though it makes me hard to take the products out). I have no complain with the packaging design. I just have to be careful not to drop it or it might break.
The foundation itself was really watery, because 3CE itself said that this was supposed to be a light foundation that moisturized our skin. I didn't smell any particular fragrance in this product.
There were not much color difference on my skin whether it was with or without the foundation. It couldn't cover my scar on my hand though. 3CE admitted that the coverage was not good, so I didn't have high hope for it's coverage. However, it certainly made my hand looked glossy and shiny!
Left: bare face. Right: with foundation. |

I said that I didn't have high expectation on it's coverage but it wasn't that bad! As you can see, it reduced my reddish acne scar color. I thought the color would turn very pinkish but it didn't. It matched my skin color really well (I still want to trade it with #milk ivory though T_T) and even brighten it a bit. It also gave me moisturized glossy look which I could hardly get because of my dry skin. Some people used this product and it gave them a 'dewy look' but not for me. It's not too dewy, it's just... like a natural shiny face... probably because of my dry skin. I really like it because it doesn't make my skin looks dry.
In conclusion (score 4/5):
+ Moisturizing
+ No fragrance
+ Light, doesn't feel heavy on my face
+ Slightly give me a glossy and shiny effect
+ Not cakey!
+ SPF 15, PA+ is good enough for this kind of light foundation
- Coverage is not so good
- Pricey
- Not for oily skin type... I think

Would I buy it again? Yes. :)
Ok, so next product is 3CE Waterful Concealer!
Liquid Concealer | Color: #001 | 12.000 KRW | English Site | Korean Site
Some of you who have read my blog might know that I was really disappointed with Clio's liquid concealer which led me to buy this product. I also knew that 3CE Glossing Waterful Foundation's coverage was not really good, so... a concealer in that product line was needed, I thought.
3CE only has 2 shades for this concealer.
Again, the box is all written in Korean. |
It's very small!!! O__O |
The texture was really watery, not oily at all, like it's name. Just a little product and I could blend it easily.
The coverage was not that good on my hand. I couldn't really tell the difference. I couldn't smell any fragrance on it (I hate make up or skin care that use a lot of fragrance).
Left: with 3CE glossing waterful foundation. Right: foundation + concealer. |
The coverage was not that perfect. It didn't make my skin looked flawless but it could cover my dark spots and reddish acne scars. After all, 3CE waterful product line is supposed to make our face looks natural. It was also moisturizing.
In conclusion (score 4/5):
+ Moisturizing
+ Easy to blend
+ Cover some dark spots
- If I want to look flawless, this concealer can't do it
- Very small T__T

Will I buy this product again? Yes! I love this concealer so much~
So~~ I hope you all like this review! I am going to review the other 3CE product too, please look forward to it! (●´∀`)ノ♡ Here are some photos of me wearing the products that I reviewed today~
