When you're visiting Busan in December, make sure you go to Nampodong. This shopping area offered a big beautiful Christmas tree every December to celebrate Christmas. I'm so glad I could go to Nampodong to see it. It wasn't really cold like last year. Since tomorrow I will go back to Jakarta, I really want to see the tree and got my friends to accompany me.

Thankies guys~~

Of course when you go to Nampodong, it's not always fashion and this big tree. There's a lot of street food in Nampodong and they are famous to be more delicious than in the other places. Try to avoid the main street then you will find a lot of street food along the small street.

These women here are making hotteok (호떡) or Korean pancake.

While this woman here was making mandu (만두) or dumplings.

mandu ❤

People were eating tteokpoki, mandu, and pajeon.

Tteokpoki (떡뽁이) or Korean spicy rice cake.

Odeng (오뎅).

I only ate hotteok because Nampodong's hotteok was said the best in Busan. It was very oily because they fried it with a lot of butter, so don't eat it if you're on diet. Hotteok contains brown sugar, honey, chopped peanuts, and cinnamon. It cost 2000 won each.

The price range from 1000 to 5000 won. As for odeng, usually you can eat 2 sticks of it for a 1000 won. However, the price may a little bit varies from one shop to another.

Anyway, it was so fun! I am so happy to visit the tree and tomorrow I'm going back home after 10 months away from home! ^^

One selfie won't hurt ;)

Merry early Christmas to you all! See you on the next adventure!

Gabriela.
